ODI’s God given purpose is to create a family of sport divers in Port Elizabeth.

We are thirty years old in 2012. Our mission for this year is to be both interesting and efficient. When we are interesting our customers come into our (ODI) family to enjoy with us. When we are efficient we offer the best possible value while ensuring our organisational sustainability.

Ever thought about Scuba Diving?

Ever wondered what it is like breathing under water?

We would like to offer you the opportunity to participate in our PADI Introductory Scuba Diving program.

We invite you and your family to our training facility at 10 Albert Road in Walmer. On arrival, you will watch a  interesting 20-minute DVD about the basic requirements and safety practices necessary to participate. You will then physically kitt up in full dive gear and  Scuba Dive in our INDOOR, heated 3,5m deep swimming pool, under the supervision of our experienced staff.

We like to call this the “Try it, before you buy it” advantage! You will not find this anywhere else. We simply want you to experience what we experience every time we go for a dive… the pleasure and peace of weightlessness and the beauty of our oceans!

PADI Five Star Dive Center Membership is awarded to progressive PADI Dive Shops that excel in providing scuba divers with a full range of scuba certification programs, scuba gear selection, and scuba experience opportunities. To qualify as PADI Five Star Dive Center, a dive shop must meet elevated service and business standards and both promote and offer only PADI scuba diving lessons as their recreational scuba diver training. These dive shops also actively promote underwater environmental awareness and embrace the PADI System of diver education, with a commitment to providing quality training, products, services and experiences.
